It is not enough to want (wish) to double your salary. It takes time and effort, it takes action and it takes a lot of work - more work for yourself and less work for your boss. How can you know that you are ready enough and motivated enough to start the adventure “Doubling your salary in one single day”?

In this post I would like to present to you my top criteria for being ready for salary doubling. Make this small self-assessment test and decide whether you are ready or not.

• 0 - 3 points: You should stay on this position for now. The moment has not come yet and you are not ready enough to double your salary.
• 4-8points. Try to double your salary, using the guidelines in my book. Take care and prepare an exit strategy. You are not 100% ready, but you are able to succeed if you are taking consistent actions and never let the failure beat you.
• 9-10 points. You definitely should double your salary. You are ready!!!
