Zen Habits. A Constant Daily Personal Evolution.

Zen Habits

Today I want to share my excitement of one site. This is Leo Babauta’s Zen Habits. I have been a daily reader of Zen Habits for few months, since I have found it due to a random search in Google.

Zen Habits is a blog aboutachieving goals, productivity, being organized, GTD, motivation, eliminating debt, saving, getting a flat stomach, eating healthy, simplifying, living frugal, parenting, happiness, and successfully implementing good habits“. But this is just a definition and it is not enough.

Here’s why I like Zen Habits and why I recommend it to you for daily reading:

  • It is emotional. You can read a new story on it every day. These stories express Leo’s experience in real life and they are loaded with vital energy and emotion.
  • It is practical. Every post has the potential to change your life for good if you use the ideas and advices it presents.
  • It is fresh. The content is being updated daily and the topics are straight to the point.
  • It has a vivid community. More than 11 000 subscribers read the blog. Daily. This is a lot of people. All of them are willing to achieve success, productivity and to get things done. And the community is always ready to support each of its members.
  • Leo is a great man. If you have a minute, just read his story. Look at the list of his victories. He has achieved some “small” victories that are considered as some of the biggest problems of modern society. He quit smoking, started physical activities, became organized, doubled his income, simplified his life, etc. If all of us did just a small part of that, we could get better and feel happy and satisfied with our lives.

Zen Habits inspires and excites me. That’s why I will continue to read it daily and to contribute to the community with comments, advices, ideas and donations.

Are you ready to master a zen habit today?
